For month’s I have watched my favourite bloggers link up to Lucy from Dear Beautiful’s sibling project. I dreamt of one day joining in with photographs of my own children. When I found out I was expecting another girl I was even more excited to capture the bond between my sisters.
I havn’t got a sister so it is something I have never experienced. I was nervous, I didn’t know what to expect but let me tell you I am 12 days in and it is the most beautiful thing.
My darling Rosalie at 2 years and 9 months has so much love for herlittle sister Maeve. Every morning she comes in and she wants to have a cuddle with her sister on mummy anddaddy’s bed. She wants to help take care of her in any way she can, she strokes her head, gives her a dummy, helps change her bum.
Rosalie has been so good since her sister arrived. We havn’t had any problems. A few more tantrums over the silliest of things but that is really it. Rosie couldn’t be anymore loving and I am so proud of her. She is going to be the BEST big sister and Maeve is one lucky little girl.
