Another week, another Meal Plan.
I’m quite impressed that I have managed to keep this up for the third week running. Sometimes I find it difficult to find the time to meal plan. I find the easiest way for me to do it is to decide what meals we are going to have in the week and then order my food shop on a Saturday morning and arrange for it to be delivered on a Sunday. Depending on what our weekend plans are this isn’t always possible. Today I am running late. It’s monday and as I write this my food shop hasn’t yet been delivered.
Our aim this week was to use up lots of meat and fish that we have in the freezer. We are trying a few new recipes that I will link below. Most of these recipes are from Pinterest. Don’t forget to follow me on Pinterest so you can see what meals I am pinning for the week.
Monday – Balsamic Salmon with garlic kale and quinoa
Tuesday – Sausage Casserole
Wednesday – Nick’s Mum’s house
Thursday – Hunter’s Chicken with sweet potato chips
Friday – Slow cooker Butter Chicken
Saturday – Chicken Chow mein
Sunday – Roast
You can find this week’s Grocery Haul with all the ingredients I’ll be using to make these meals below.
