I love to replenish my Lush bath stash at this time of year. This is something so magical about soaking in hot bath of bubbles on a cosy evening. Obviously being pregnant I can’t have the water so hot that you skin turns lobster pink like I normally would so these lush products are making my bath time more bearable. All Lush products are safe to use in pregnancy.
The Magic of Christmas (£5.95), How could I resist this stick of Christmas lovliness. I mean just look at it? It’s like mulled wine on stick. It smells gorgeous, like well, it smells like Christmas. Cinnamon leaf and Organic Clove mixed with Almond essential Oil. It smells so good I could eat it!
Luxury Lush Pud (£4.25), I don’t normally like to buy bath bombs as I am a little tight. They are the same price as a bubble bar but you only get one use. It was the looks that swayed me on this one, anything adorned with a sprig of holly and I’m sold. Lush say this sweet and malty bomb will melt into clouds of pillowy lavender foam. This bath will help you drift of into a deep and tranquil sleep. I think I might save this one for Christmas Eve.
I also indulged and bought myself the biggest Rose Jam shower gel (£16.50/500g). I love this scent and the Rose Jam Bubbleroon is my all time favourite Lush product. This scent is just beautiful. Turkish rose absolute and conditioning argan oil combine to create a delicious floral fragrance. It’s not a sickly smell, sweet vanilla pod infuse with cleansing Sicilian lemon oil and fresh goji berry juice, to add a refreshing edge to this floral gel.
I also picked up a few bits for Rosalie’s advent basket. First was the Santasaurus (£5.95) bubble bar, when plunged under a raging tap bubbles of joyous Brazilian orange and fun, fruity bergamot oil fly out. She is gonna love it! Along with the christmas penguin (£3.95). The scent is gorgeous and really smells…Fresh. Its quite a cool masculine scent which I think nick would love so I may keep this back for us. Sicilian lemon and mandarin oils combine with sweet bergamot to give your mood a cheery citrus boost which is just what we need this time of year.
Have you picked up anything in Lush this Christmas?
