I am really not in the mood to eat healthy this week. This weekend I have already eaten so much chocolate, and it’s not even Easter yet.
This week’s meal plan is a complete carb overload. Oops!
On Monday we will be having homemade Nandos. A dish I love but we haven’t had for ages! I just hope Rosalie likes it as it’s a new one for her.
Followed by chilli con carne, the ultimate comfort food! Aaaaand then pasta, pasta, pasta…Oh well, this is what happens when the husband is away! Mama EATS.
Our meal plan for this week is:::
Monday – Nandos chicken pittas
You can take a look at our weekly food shop and all the ingredients we bought to make these meals over on my YouTube channel.
Tuesday – Chilli
Wednesday – Lasagna
Thursday – Dinner out
Friday – Chicken pasta
Saturday – Dinner out
Sunday – Roast
You can take a look at our weekly food shop and all the ingredients we bought to make these meals over on my YouTube channel.

14th March 2016 at 12:00 PMSounds like some tasty meals! I love nachos and chilli but lasagne is my faaaaaave although we never have it often as always trying to be healthy! Next treat day, I think I need to make one 😉 xo

14th March 2016 at 12:03 PMLasagna isn't actually that bad for you. Nick's mum makes an amazing lasagna with liver and kidneys in. Sounds horrible but tastes amazing!! I think it's a delia recipe. You get so many nutrients by using those cuts. It's the pile of chips I have with it that's bad! :-s
