Easter Garden Party

Last year we had an Easter gathering for our friends. We had an Easter egg hunt. Rosalie was still a babe in arms then so it was mostly nick and I who hunted for eggs. Not that we are complaining!

This year I’d like to throw another Easter party. Our garden was renovated last year so if the weather is nice I’d love to hold it outside. Rosalie is running around now so I’d like to have another easter egg hunt as I know she would love finding all the ‘choc-choc’.
We’d invite my god children, and the rest of their families. We bought a wonderful toddler activity centre with a slide and swing from Plum last summer but that’s all we have so I’d like to get a few more garden toys for the little ones to play with.
I’d like to buy a sand pit for Rosalie this summer. I love the look of this activity table and benches. It can be used as a sand pit or water table but you can also clear it all away and use it as a picnic table. We haven’t got a massive garden so any multi use furniture like this would be great as they save on space. A few sand pit toys would be all we need and the kiddies would have hours of fun.
I love this pop up play set as it does just that, pop up! This would mean we don’t have to have it out all the time but we can bring it out at play time. Rosalie loves crawling through tunnels at soft play, she’d love to do it at home too!
I’d also like to get few ride on toys as well. I had already planned on getting Rosalie a balance bike for her second birthday. I love this butterfly design. It’s so cool! You can also get a matching helmet, how cute is that?!
I couldn’t write my garden toy wish list without including a little tykes grand coupe. Every child has one right? I remember my own, it lasted for years. Rosalie doesn’t have one yet but I think I need to rectify this. You can get them in so many different colours these days. I love this green and cream one. It’s so stylish and completely unisex too.
This post is my entry into the Debenhams children’s Easter toy blogger competition. If you’d like to enter head over to their blog for all the details on how to enter.
How will you be celebrating Easter this year?

Ahh how lovely! We have so much fun at Easter with our Easter egg hunts – this year I don't think I'll be having a party though, I just have so much going on, we'll have a mini family one. H x

I loved it and would definitely try it out. I have to attend a party at venues in Los Angeles and thinking this would be perfect for that. Thanks for the tutorial. Hopefully, will be able to select right dress for the party.
