We have a few new recipes to try this week. The inspiration for these recipes came from a magazine I was reading at my nan’s house.
I have made a few changes to each recipe to make them more suitable to our tastes and I’m really quite excited to give my creations a try.
By writing these meal plans I am finding I am so much more inspired each week, and I am becoming more confident in the kitchen. I am starting to experiment and make stuff up as I go along, something I NEVER did before. It’s really quite fun!
If the recipes are any good I’ll make sure I share the recipes with you here.
Our meal plan for this week is:::
Monday – Salmon, sweet corn and herby fritters with spinach and poached egg
Tuesday – Coconut rice with sticky chicken
Wednesday – Lasagna
Thursday – Sweet potato rosti with bacon
Friday – Steak and chips
Saturday – Burgers
Sunday – Out for Dinner
You can take a look at our weekly food shop and all the ingredients we bought to make these meals over on my YouTube channel.

22nd February 2016 at 9:35 AMI love reading meal planners because I feel like I get a bit stuck in a rut sometimes and default to the same old meals – spag bol, cottage pie, chicken casserole… all tasty but I need to change it up a bit! Sticky chicken sounds immense!

22nd February 2016 at 10:14 AMMe too! We have a few recipes that we have every week but I always like to try at least one new recipe to mix it up a little. I let you know how the sticky chicken comes out! X
