We did reasonably well last week, considering Nick wasn’t back at work until Thursday we managed to stay pretty much on track.
This week we will really be getting into our normal routine so I’ve planned a full week of healthy meals. Most of these recipes are from the Lean in 15 Shape Plan book. I don’t actually follow Joe Wick’s plan. I just use his books as inspiration for healthy meals. I’ve exhausted most recipes from his first book so I’ve moved on to the second. The Chicken Korma and Paella recipe are both from there and I am looking forward to giving the new recipes a try. As always I’ve linked any recipes I can find online below.
Monday – Turkey Meatballs
Tuesday – Fajitas
Wednesday – Chicken Korma
Thursday – Paella
Friday – Steak with sweet potato fries
Saturday – Green Thai Curry
Sunday – Roast Lamb
You can find this week’s Grocery Haul with all the ingredients I’ll be using to make these meals below.

10th January 2017 at 3:03 PMThey are really good! I normally change them a little, like add carbs when there aren’t any but I think they are a great starting point for healthy recipes xx

12th January 2017 at 10:04 PMSounds like a tasty week, I LOVE sweet potato fries, although the kids aren’t keen on them. I can’t understand why, as they aren’t fussy kids, and they taste sooo nice!

18th January 2017 at 6:53 PMWe have a Sunday roast religiously as well, Emma loves her chicken and roasties but I’m trying to introduce her to other roasts as well. Lamb sounds lovely, does your little one like it?xx
Sarah
19th January 2017 at 9:17 AMI hardly ever do roast chicken! For some unknown reason I’m worried about cooking it on the bone. I really should start though. We follow the Jamie Oliver Lamb recipe. It’s amazing and makes the best roast potatoes. Emma will be a convert I’m sure! Rosalie loves it and always eats her meat first 🙂 xxx
