Monday is our usual slow cooker recipe as I am at work from 8.30am till 5pm. I actually prepped this in the morning before I left for work. The Jamie Oliver recipe isn’t written to be used with a slow cooker so I tweaked it a little. I followed the earlier recipe steps up until the stew goes in the oven, instead I just poured the pan full of ingredients into my slow cooker. It’s the first time I have done this recipe so I hope it works!
It’s a week of lots of healthy, comforting recipes for us to enjoy. Now the weather is turning colder, all I want to do is eat! It’s the first time in a long time that I have been excited to eat every single dish. This week is a gooden’.
Monday – Beef and Guinness Stew
Tuesday – Thai Green Curry
Wednesday – Lasagne
Thursday – Chilli Con Avocado
Friday – Turkey Meatballs with Feta
Saturday – Fajitas
Sunday -Roast
You can find this week’s Grocery Haul with all the ingredients I’ll be using to make these meals below.

19th October 2016 at 9:04 AMI find meal times so much less stressful when I know what I’m going to cook. It also means I know what to get out of the freezer xx
