This Easter Sunday I hope to make it really special. This will be Rosalie’s 2nd Easter. Although she was still a babe in arms last time round so wasn’t able to fully partake in the festivities. This year she is a fully fledged toddler, Rosalie has her Easter bucket on hand and is primed to get hunting!
Hopefully Rosalie will give mummy and daddy a little lie in. Who am I kidding?! We’ll then get up and head downstairs together. Rosalie will be able to see what the Easter bunny has left for her in her basket. I’m not going to lie we will probably have Tea and Easter Egg for breakfast. Rosie will soon be hopping round the house in her bunny ears.
We’ll eat hot cross buns slathered in butter, before heading out for our Easter egg hunt around the garden. Rosalie will get to wear her gorgeous new Easter outfit from Next. It’s still a little chilly so once we are all done, we will have hot chocolate with marshmallows to warm up, whilst we snuggle up on the sofa watching ‘winnie the pooh at springtime’.
In the afternoon, we’ll head over to Nanny’s house to have a glorious Roast Dinner with all the family. EATING is of course the best part of the Easter Holiday. How will you be spending your Easter?
