So far so good, our healthy eating 2016 is going well. We managed to stick to last week’s meal plan every night. I do love having a meal plan. It makes life so much easier! It takes the stress out of meal times as I already know what I am going to cook meaning cooking becomes less of a chore and more enjoyable. I also don’t spend as much money on random supermarket purchases. I can’t go wrong.
This week’s meal plan is a little bit different as Nick is away with work. Notice the increase in carbs! We will also be having dinner at Grandma’s house one day and at Nanny Tracy’s another night. So little old me doesn’t have to cook and single parent. Aren’t they good to me?
Below is what Rosalie and I will be eating this week:
Monday: Grandma’s House
Tuesday: Salmon Fishcakes
Wednesday: Nanny’s House
Friday: Steak and Chips
Saturday: Take away
Sunday: Roast
