Grocery Haul and Meal Plan – 18th September 2017

Grocery Haul and Meal Plan - 18th September 2017 - Roseyhome - grocery haul, meal plan, meal inspiration, toddler meals, healthy, weight loss

Welcome to this week’s Grocery Haul and Meal Plan.

It’s been a while since I have done one of these. Our summer of fun (chaos) is now behind us and we are back into some kind of routine. I’m back to meal planning and it feels good. I can’t explain it but I feel so much calmer and more organised when I have a meal plan to follow. It gives our day structure and I like that.

We are trying a few new autumnal recipes this week which is nice. Although Rosalie is at an age now where she asks what is for dinner and if she hasn’t had it before she’ll say she doesn’t like it. She normally always eats it, or at least tries it, so I’m not too worried.

I’ve linked the recipes below so you can try them too if you fancy.

Monday –

Tuesday – Nick’s Mum

Wednesday – Chicken and Salad

Thursday –

Friday – Steak and Chips

Saturday – Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sunday –

YOU CAN FIND THIS WEEK’S GROCERY HAUL WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS I’LL BE USING TO MAKE THESE MEALS BELOW.

You just can’t beat warm, hearty food in the autumn months can you? I saw you post the stuffed butternut squash on your instagram and it looked bloody delicious! xx

Great week of meals – I really need to do this. Trouble is, we all change our minds about what we fancy for tea? Kaz
