Spring has sprung!
With it has come a desire to eat better. We don’t eat particularly badly at meal times. The meals I plan are fairly healthy but of late I have been rather partial to some late night chocolate eating. We ate a HUGE amount on holiday as we had dinner out every night.
With summer just around the corner Nick and I have both decided that we need to be better. No more snacks!
Our dinners will be a little lighter too. I’m going to go back to my cookery books and find some new clean eating meal ideas. I haven’t had time to go through them ahead of this week’s meal plan as we returned from our holiday early Sunday morning, but next week I am on it.
Tuesday is Nick’s birthday so we will have a ‘nicer’ dinner then but after that it’s no more chips for us!
Monday – Beef Stir fry
Tuesday – Steak and Chips
Wednesday – Nick’s mum’s
Thursday – Homemade Nando’s
Friday – Chicken Pasta
Saturday – Fajita’s
