Welcome to this week’s Grocery Haul and Meal Plan.
We are back to normality this week and I have tried to pick meals that are slightly healthier. We also desperately need to do a meat run. The freezer drawers are filled with all sorts of rubbish so this week I have tried to use up all the things I have hanging around in the freezer.
Monday – Spaghetti Bolognaise
Tuesday – Homemade burgers with Quinoa
Wednesday – Nick’s mum’s
Thursday – Salmon with cous cous
Friday – Homemade pizza
Saturday – Healthy chicken chow mein
Sunday – Roast
