How cold is it today? Autumn has finally hit us! I am sat at my desk with a blanket around me knees.
This week we are making use of our slow cooker again. Warm, comforting recipes are the order of the day.
I am also going to try to be a little more creative with my lunch choices. Rosalie and I usually eat jacket potato with Tuna Mayo on our home days, but after watching Kate’s beautiful what I eat in a day video I had to try her prosciutto and melon salad. I’m not sure what Rosalie is going to think of it.
This week’s meal plan is:::
Monday – Pulled Pork
Tuesday – Hunters Chicken
Wednesday – Dinner at Nick’s Mum’s House
Thursday – Salmon Alfredo
Friday – Steak
Saturday – Fajitas
Sunday – Roast
You can find this week’s Grocery Haul with all the ingredients I’ll be using to make these meals below.

I have never tried the chocolate nut milk – would love to hear what you think to it (as I don’t eat dairy). Pulled pork is one of my favourite things to make in the slow cooker! x

I’m the same as you, this time of year is always about the slow cooker recipes. You can’t beat some warm, hearty meals! xx

Yes! Lunches are so much harder aren’t they. I end up having a Tuna mayo JP most days!
