How to share kindness this christmas

How to share kindness this christmas - roseyhome - family, christmas, advent, kindness advent calendar, advent calendar

Christmas is nearly upon us. It is so easy to get swept up in all the festivities. The food, the gifts…the wine! Especially when you are little, all you really want to know is whether Father Christmas will be bringing all of the gifts on your list. Today I am sharing a fun way to teach your kids the true meaning of Christmas and how to share kindness this season.

Channel Mum have come up with this fabulous kindness advent calendar. It’s a list of 24 kind acts for you and your little ones to do together this December. It’ll help you keep the kids entertained whilst also making someone else’s day a little bit brighter. I was all in! Rosalie and I decided to cut up our Kindness Advent calendar tasks and we have added them to our wooden advent calendar along with a sweet treat. She can’t wait to start opening them on the 1st of December.

If you’d like to join in to and create your own DIY Kindness calendar then head over to the channel mum Christmas page. You can find all the printables you will need along with some Christmas inspiration from a whole host of mama’s. Take a look at our Kindness calendar and the other family advent calendars we have this year over on my youtube channel in my Family Advent Calendar Haul video. Links to all the advent calendars we have are below…

I am the worst at this haha. My son’s birthday is 1st December so I’m always rushing around getting his things – he gets a Lego Star Wars advent calendar though x

I’ve done a mindful calendar for myself. This sounds like a great idea to help encourage little ones to do acts of kindness x
