Grocery Haul and Meal Plan – 18th April 2016

We are BACK IN THE GAME!

This week’s meal plan is awesome, even If I do say so myself. I literally can’t wait to eat every meal. I have been reading the body coach’s lean in 15 cook book. As you know we normally eat pretty healthy but for the last few weeks I have totally lost my enthusiasm. This book has reignited my interest and I am ready to get back on the wagon.

I am even considering signing up to his 90 day SSS program. Maybe not right now because I have a two week cruise in a month’s time and that will be ALL about the food. But after I’ve rolled home from southampton this could be just what I need to get me back to a weight I’m happy with.

I have made a few changes to some of the recipes to make the recipes more suitable to our tastes. I’ve mainly added carbs to recipes that didn’t and reduced the amount of carbs in recipes that seemed to have a lot! Everything in moderation I say.

Our dinner meal plan for this week is:::
Tuesday – Thai Green Curry
Wednesday – Nick’s Mum’s for dinner
Thursday – Goan Fish Curry
Friday – Steak and Bean Burrito
Sunday – Lasagna

I have also decided to be a good wife and to make Nick a packed lunch for every day of this week. I will be having packed lunches too on my long working days which are monday and wednesday.

Our lunch meal plan for this week is:::

Monday – Club Sandwich
Tuesday – Leftover Pasta from the night before
Wednesday – Build it up Bagel
Friday – BBQ Chicken Wrap

You can take a look at our grocery haul and all the ingredients we bought to make these meals over on my YouTube channel.

Lovely meal plan! Ours has gone by the wayside because I'm due to give birth and we were meant to move house this week, although the move definitely isn't happening now. I'm looking forward to coming off the convenience food and back on to decent meals like yours xx
