On sunday I met up with my best friend for lunch at Frankie and Bennys and a long over due catch up. We also went to the cinema. We saw the vow, which if you like chick flicks is definitely worth a watch. It is a tear jerker mind, Simon was blubbering away next to me and it even brought a tear to my eye.
A quick synopsis for you. It’s about a happily married couple that are involved in a car accident. After which Paige (Rachel McAdams) is left with a brain trauma and loses her memory of the last 5 years. She cant remember her husband or the life she led with him. Leo (Channing Tatum) must then woo her all over again to win back the love of his life. Its based on a true story which is heavy stuff. I cant imagine my life being turned upside down so drastically. It really makes you appreciate your health and your life. We really enjoyed it. But even if the heartfelt story isn’t for you, there is still 104 mins of Channing Tatum to keep you occupied!
