Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat Review

Rosalie has just turned 3 and with this coming of age she has rather worryingly discovered how to release the straps on her car seat.

With Rosalie starting to do this more and more, the time had come to get her a new car seat. I was thrilled when Cosatto gave us the opportunity to review one of their car seats. Especially when I heard it included the cosatto anti escape system.

We chose the Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat in my favourite print, the Happy Hush Stars, to match our Supa Dupa Twin Pushchair. I am a big fan of anything Grey.

We have been using the Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat for a few weeks now and so I wanted to share with you what we thought of it.

WHAT IS THE HUBBUB ISOFIX GROUP 1,2,3 CAR SEAT?

Cosatto say the Hubbub Isofix Group 1,2,3 Car Seat is the last car seat you will ever need to buy! The car seat is suitable from 9 months to 12 years and turns from a baby seat to a booster. The click and go isofix attachment means that once the car seat is fully anchored you don’t have to worry about repeated belting. FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The first thing you will notice about any Cosatto product is the design. It’s what they are all about! I love the Happy Hush Star design. It’s simple, cute and fun. The pink and yellow stars add a little bit of colour whilst the grey matches our car interior perfectly.

The car seat is ready to go straight from the box. It is simply a case of attaching the car seat to your car’s isofix. You simply click and go!

It’s big! Rosalie’s old car seat was starting to look a little small for her but the Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat is nice and tall. It is fully adjustable to grow with your child through every stage.

WHAT I THINK

What I like about the Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat is that it looks comfortable. The seat is well padded and looks inviting. Rosalie WANTS to sit in it. It’s open design means it is easy to climb in and out of. Rosalie can get into position in the car seat with the straps on all by herself and is ready, waiting for me to belt her in.

A great feature of the hubbub car seat is that all the covers can be removed for easy cleaning. This is so important with a small child.

The Isofix set up means that fitting the Hubbub car seat is so easy. You simply click it into position.

The best thing about the Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat is the 5 point anti escape system. The anti escape system is basically an extra piece of material attached to the harness. It closes the gap that children are able to squeeze their arms through to break free, thus stopping them from escaping. In testing, Cosatto found that 9 out of 10 children could not wriggle out of the cosatto anti escape system.

Rosalie is no longer able to loosen the straps on her car seat and wriggle her arms out. She isn’t too happy about this but I am. It means I can drive with the peace of mind that Rosalie is safe and secure in her car seat.

All in all, I am really pleased with the Cosatto Hubbub Isofix Group 1, 2, 3 Car seat. It’s a great car seat that will see you all the way through your little one’s childhood. This is the 2nd product we have tried by Cosatto and I’m really impressed. The car seat is fun, Rosalie loves the design and actually WANTS to sit in it. You can tell that safety is paramount to the Cosatto brand so I am very happy using their products, especially in the car.

The Cosatto Hubbub Group 123 Car seat retails for 194.95. I think this is quite good value seeing as it will last throughout childhood, from 9 months through to 12 years. You can find out more over on the Cosatto website.
