Welcome to this week’s Weight loss Grocery Haul and Meal Plan. I am a week in to my weight loss journey and it’s going really well.
I have enjoyed all of the food I have been eating. Scrap that, MOST of the meals I have eaten, I am still not convinced by the raw kale salad. The most important thing is I have only felt hungry once or twice. The diet or healthy eating regime has been really easy to stick to and by eating balanced, healthy meals I stay fuller for longer. I also know that Maeve is getting all the goodness she needs. She is a very healthy 12lb 1oz at 7 weeks.
I have been keeping a food diary and I find this really helpful as if I am tempted to eat something I shouldn’t, the act of adding it to my diary usually puts me off. Especially when I find out how many calories are in said snack! I am using the my fitness pal app on my phone to record my meals as it’s so convenient and it means I can add my meals as I go or when I get a moment to myself.
I am still getting to grips with my recipe planning but when I have perfected them I will share them on the blog.

Monday – Chicken and Couscous with Roasted vegetables
Tuesday – Spaghetti Bolognese
Wednesday – Sausage, Sweet potato mash, and steamed vegetables
Thursday – Bun less Burgers and Salad
Friday –Steak and Sweet potato chips
Saturday – Stir fry
Sunday – Roast
