Welcome to this week’s Grocery Haul and Meal Plan.
I still haven’t found time to sit down and go through my cookery books. Perhaps Naively, I thought I would be able to rest up on maternity leave but it’s been a whirl wind of pre school drop offs and toddler classes. I’m hoping that we will find our groove.
This week’s meal plan is a mix of our usual meals with a few old favourites thrown in.
Monday – Chicken Fajitas with sweet potato wraps
Tuesday – Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese with wholewheat spaghetti
Wednesday – Nick’s mum’s
Thursday – Sausage, kale and butternut squash casserole
Friday – Steak and sweet potato chips
Saturday – Chicken stir fry
Sunday – Roast
