L Shaped Pregnancy Pillow Review*

L Shaped Pregnancy Pillow Review - Roseyhome - pregnancy pillow, pregnancy, pregnant

If there is one thing that becomes a struggle when you are pregnant it is getting a good night’s sleep. Especially as you enter the third trimester. Research shows that up to 96% of women have problems sleeping when pregnant. One product that can help with that is a pregnancy pillow.

We were sent the L Shaped Pregnancy Pillow from pregnancypillows.net and as I am now 30 weeks pregnant I was able to put it to use as soon as it arrived. Health professionals suggest that the best position for a pregnant mother to sleep in is on their left hand side. The L shape pregnancy pillow is specifically designed to alleviate the pressure of sleeping on your side to make your night’s sleep as comfortable as possible.

The first thing I noticed about the L Shaped Pregnancy Pillow was how lovely the fabric was. It was so soft. As soon as we took it out of the packaging Rosalie deemed it to be ‘the best pillow in the world!’ The pillow really holds its shape well and I could immediately see how supportive it would be come bed time.

The outer part of the pillow is made from baby soft fabric which is stretchy and flexible. The inner fabric is polycotton, which is highly durable and soft. The filling is an anti-allergenic, anti-asthmatic material called Sensifill. Sensifill is also free from any harmful chemicals.

I love my L shaped Pregnancy Pillow, and although it is rather large. It has been invaluable in helping me to settle into a comfortable night time sleep position. It has also meant that there is a barrier between me and my husband which I rather like!

The L shaped Pregnancy pillow was awarded ‘best pregnancy pillow’ by the independent and as well as being hypoallergenic and a fantastic support during pregnancy, it can also help with easing the discomfort of other health problems such as Arthritis and back pain.

There are a number of ways that I can still use the L-Shape pregnancy pillow after birth. The pillow helps you support the baby correctly while breast or bottle feeding. It enables baby to be supported in the best possible position without compromising your own posture. It will be perfect for breastfeeding a tiny baby in those early days.

The L shape Pregnancy Pillow is priced at £30, which is a really great price considering the size and quality of the product. I have found this pregnancy pillow to be invaluable since it arrived. I can’t believe I struggled for so long without one!

So reasonable and definitely worth it. I need all the help I can get to get a good nights sleep. If baby isn’t happy she lets me know about it xx

I had a V-shaped cushion when I was pregnant with my son 13yrs ago…..and it hasn’t left my side still now!! It is smaller than that, but I use it between my knees and sitting up in bed. I have to take it away on holiday with me now, as I hate sleeping without it!

That is so funny. I can’t afford to get attached to this. Its too big! The husband is only tolerating it because I’m pregnant xx
