How cold is it today? Autumn has finally hit us! I am sat at my desk with a blanket around me knees.
This week we are making use of our slow cooker again. Warm, comforting recipes are the order of the day.
I am also going to try to be a little more creative with my lunch choices. Rosalie and I usually eat jacket potato with Tuna Mayo on our home days, but after watching Kate’s beautiful what I eat in a day video I had to try her prosciutto and melon salad. I’m not sure what Rosalie is going to think of it.
This week’s meal plan is:::
Monday – Pulled Pork
Tuesday – Hunters Chicken
Wednesday – Dinner at Nick’s Mum’s House
Thursday – Salmon Alfredo
Friday – Steak
Saturday – Fajitas
Sunday – Roast
You can find this week’s Grocery Haul with all the ingredients I’ll be using to make these meals below.

4th October 2016 at 8:09 PMI have never tried the chocolate nut milk – would love to hear what you think to it (as I don’t eat dairy). Pulled pork is one of my favourite things to make in the slow cooker! x
