After yet another holiday I am trying to get back in to the swing of things. We are too fat, well I am too fat and so I am back trying to eat well again.
Nick’s Dad went fishing again and so we had some freshly caught cod that needed using up.
Our dinner meal plan for this week is:::
Monday – Roasted Cod
Tuesday – Homemade Pizza
Wednesday – Nick’s Mum’s for dinner
Thursday – Salmon Terriyaki with Corguette Noodles
Friday – Sausage Pasta
Saturday – Chicken Kebab
Sunday – BBQ
