Me and Mine – March 2016

I had high hopes for this months Me and Mine. We were together with all the family on Easter Sunday. It was the perfect time for us to coerce a sibling into taking a lovely photo of us all. Rosalie in her cute floral dress and Daddy looking swish. Alas it was not meant to be. I yet again, completely forgot!

Instead you have a rushed selfie that we took right after we bounced off the trampoline park. We are all looking a little worse for wear.

Nick is sweaty, Rosalie is tired and the less said about my geeky grin the better.

I did think about not posting it, or rushing to take a new one in front of the same white wall in our kitchen as the last two months photos. I decided against it. This is real life people, and this was the only photo I managed to get of the three of us this month. Such is life.

Bless bear with me, I promise my photos will get better!

Dada is loving…
– Birthday presents
– a mini break with his BFF
– bouncing at the trampoline park
Mama is loving…
– Making new friends
– New slippers
– Chocolate

Rosalie is loving…
– Birthday cake
– Egg hunts
– Playing in the garden

I have these moments all the time, I only remember to grab the camera once it's too late haha. These are lovely though, and how fun does a trampoline park sound! xx

I was thinking this was a lovely photo… even before I read your post. It's nice to have well-posed photos but I think the more natural and impromptu ones always tell a story and capture expressions and personality that you don't always see in the more posed ones. x

It's a great photo! It's funny what we think about photos isn't it, as we know the 'history' behind them!

It's so funny, I felt terribly guilty for linking up with it as I thought it was rubbish and everyone has said it's really nice. It's us, and a memory of a day in our lives and that's all that really matters xx

I love the photos – we too ended up with a selfie this month after I had big plans for something better, but sometimes I think it makes them more real and captures life a bit better! xx

Aw what a cute post! I might need to start doing these! We rarely ever get photos of the three of us. It's so hard! It's like you need your own personal photograph following you around haha. Lovely post petal x

Such lovely family photos! And to be honest, like others, I love the natural ones rather than posed ones.
