Grocery Haul and Meal Plan – 1st February 2016


We enjoyed last week’s fishcakes so much we are having them again this week. They are so easy to make, they make a really quick and convenient week day dinner.

 

We will also be trying out a slow cooker sweet and sour chicken recipe on friday as I am out all day. I will make a few changed to this recipe to make it a little cleaner. I’m not to bothered about the ingredients list as it is a fake away and they are allowed to be a little bit naughty.

So here’s our meal plan for this week::: 

Wednesday – Lasagna
Thursday – Lamb Chops with sweet potato and veg
Friday – Slow cooker sweet and sour chicken
Saturday – Pulled Pork
Sunday – Roast Beef

    Oooo roast beef! I can't wait for our kitchen to be finished. After 5 weeks of micro meals, I don't know what to make first!

      Oh I remember that time well. You get sick of eating take away don't you? We were really lucky and kept going to Nanny's house for dinner xx

    Your meal plan sound like a typical week for us. We do however use our slow cooker so much. out of 5 days at least 3. its a God send to us.

      That's great! I really need to use mine more. Now I'm meal planning it would be so much easier and mean I won't have to rush around cooking dinner at witching hour! Xx

    Love this post, I will be having a look at your recipe, I always get meal stuck midweek and lack inspiration, so hopefully some of yours will give me some ideas!xx

    I need to become more organised and start doing weekly meal plans! I'll have to try the slow cooker sweet and sour chicken!

      I find life so much easier when I do them. It'll be the first time we have had it aswell so I hope it's yummy! X

    Love how bright and colourful your food shop is – looks really healthy your meals sound lush! My meal plan always seems to be the same so this is great giving me some fresh ideas x
