Mini Style – Broderie Anglais

It’s January and it’s cold. Leggings and uggs are Rosalie and I’s outfit of choice at the moment. Comfy, cosy and warm.

This blouse is one of Rosalie’s Christmas presents from Grandma. It’s from Verbaudet not a place I’d normally shop at but I love it! Broderie Anglais never disappoints, it always looks cute whatever it’s paired with. I love that this shirt has buttons all the way down the back. It makes the shirt so much easier to wrestle on to a wriggling toddler.

Rosalie’s leggings are from La Redoute, another Christmas gift from Grandma. There a funny colour a sort of grey/navy shade but I think they look nice paired with her white shirt.

These gorgeous little Eskimo Booties are from Zara baby. They are in the sale too, and currently down to £17! Rosalie has ridiculously wide feet. I have bought her two pairs of boots that I can’t even fit her feet into despite them being the next size up. These lace up booties are perfect. They are size 5 so a little big but because I can adjust the tightness with the laces they don’t slip and she can walk in them just fine. They open right up I can wiggle her little fat feet into them with no problems. I am so pleased that after months of searching I have finally found a pair of boots that fit Rosalie that aren’t pink. Yey!

I love this, she looks so comfy and cute. I really like the top with the leggings, I've never heard of Verbaudet before so I'll have to check that out. Love the boots as well, I picked Clem up a pair of boots in the Zara sale but they are a little bit big at the moment so I can't wait for them to fit. They do really good shoes.x #WeekendTotStyle

Thank you Caroline. It is our weekly struggle trying to take nice photos. Most of the time I just let her do her thing whilst I snap away. Xx

Ahhhh I love broderie anglaise!! It's one of my favourite styles of clothing. So classic and timeless. Love the little leggings and boots you've paired it with. You're right, it's all about cosy and comfy at the moment. I've heard of people finding quite a lot of fab bits at Verbaudet, will have to check it out. I love her expression in the last photo. Little I pulls that face a lot! Thanks so much for linking up with us and hope you're having a great weekend! #weekendtotstyle
