Grocery Haul and Meal Plan – 25th January 2016

This week’s meal plan is a little unimaginative. I just couldn’t be bothered this week. It’s pretty much the same as last week but with a few tweaks here and there.

We have bought more fruit this week as Rosalie and I have been snacking on it.
We are jumping on the body coach band wagon and our giving one of Joe’s recipes a go. The salmon fish cakes that we are having on Monday is his recipe.

So here’s our meal plan for this week:::

Wednesday – Nick’s mum’s house
Thursday – Homemade Burgers with poached egg and Mediterranean vegetables
Friday – Steak and Chips
Saturday – Pork belly with Roast trimmings
Sunday – Out for lunch
You can take a look at our weekly food shop and all the ingredients we bought for these meals over on my YouTube channel.

It's so easy to get stuck in a rut, isn't it? Must do better next week! x

Yum, I love fishcakes but would never think of putting them with mango- great idea. I started meal planning in January and am totally amazed at how much money and waste I've saved. I do love a nosey at other people's plans too 🙂 xx

So good for meal inspiration, aren't they? The mango was delicious with the fish cakes, it's isn't something we would normally have but it was so nice I'll definitely be making it again x

Sounds delicious even though you're having an unimaginative week. You can beat steak and chips. I bought the body coaches book last week too. I made the chicken and chorizo recipe last night. It was so tasty x

We don't actually have the book. I loved the fishcake recipe from it though so quick and easy. I think I may have to purchase now! X
