Baby Girl’s 1st Christmas Presents

Rosalie will be 4 months old this Christmas. I know she won’t really know what is going on but as it’s our first family christmas I wanted to spoil her a little! I really struggled to think of presents to buy her as I’m not sure what she will be doing then and what will be appropriate for her age and development. In the end I just went for it! So here’s what I bought for her:

Shape Stacker

The first thing we bought for Rosalie is a cake shape stacker. This was from John Lewis and was £12. I liked it as all the rings were made to look like cakes.

Dreamshow Night light

This little toy projects a parade of dancing animals on to the ceiling for baby to look at. Rosalie sleeps pretty well in her cot. But I thought this would be good for when we start to put her in her big cot. We have tried this out already and it seems to send her off  to sleep. We bought this from Amazon and it was £11.78.

Bibsilli Bibs

I bought these bibs for when Rosalie starts weaning. They are made of silicon so are easy to clean but still soft. I got a piglet and a monkey design. They were £6.99 each and you can buy them here.

Fabric Book
I wanted to get Rosalie a book she could actually play with and thought this fabric book would be perfect. It goes through different parts of the body and has flaps and furry bits through out the pages. Its nice and bright and colourful and as its fabric she can dribble all over it. This is a little jellycat book and was £12.00 from John Lewis.

I adore belle and Boo. All their products are absolutely gorgeous. I could have bought it all! Check out the website, you will lose hours. I managed to settle on these two books for Rosalie. A good night kiss and a very merry christmas. The illustrations are beautiful and the stories are heart warming. So much love for belle and boo! I hope to add more to our book collection in future. Perhaps get one every year.

Hats
I bought these Hats from Branche Kids. They are sold by a company I follow on Instagram, far far away in Australia. When I saw these gorgeous baby hats with matching Mummy hats. I really really wanted to buy them! But with shipping from Austrailia they weren’t cheap. The baby hats were 24 AUSD and the Mum hat was 34 AUSD .I justified the extravagance by making them a Christmas gift for Rosalie. This makes it absolutely fine, right?

Sunglasses
These sun glasses are again from Branche kids in Austrailia if I was paying shipping I wanted to make it worth my while. So here they are, Rosalie’s first pair of sunglasses. Be sure to watch the YouTube video where Rosalie tries them on. Your heart will melt!

Jumperoo
Rosalie has been playing with this on and off for a while. Babies grow out of things so quickly and we knew the jumperoo had a limited lifespan. We wanted Rosalie to get the most use out of her Jumperoo so we let her have it early. She still isn’t using it properly yet but I don’t think it will be long till she is bouncing around in it! You can buy a jumperoo from mother care here. This one is £99.99.
That’s a round up of all Rosalie’s Christmas gifts this year. I hope this inspire you when buying gifts for your own littles. Don’t forget to watch my YouTube video of Rosalie’s Christmas Presents, you can find it here. I go into a little more detail about each gift and you get to see Rosie model her super cute hat and sunnies.
