Bank holiday weekend I spent in my garden. I dug a new flower bed under the cherry tree (with the help of my step dad). I planted out my leeks, spring onions, lettuces, mixed salad leaves, peas and spinach. My broccoli, chilli, pepper and tomatoes plants are still waiting patiently in my mini green house for the weather to improve. The potatoes and shallot bulbs were already planted up in the pots but still no sign of any shoots.
Here are the pictures of what the garden looked like before and after. I’ve included a picture of my flower bed as well. I planted some gladioli bulbs this year but there is no sign of them coming through yet. I have also added my patch plan 🙂 because to make a plan of my patch makes me happy!
I wish the sun would come out, I’m worried my little seedlings may drown! This is my first time of growing my own vegetables, fingers crossed everything turns out ok.
