My last satchel was from peacocks it cost me £14 and I loved it. It was simple, tan in colour with gold buckles and fastening. I must have had it for two years if not longer. I actually had two, when the first one died I bought a replacement exactly the same. I would have bought a third if they were still on sale. When the second bag finally gave up the ghost I had a really hard time finding a replacement.
There are so many satchels out there at the moment. I found them too small, too big, too expensive or too fussy (My Ideal would be the Alexa satchel from mulberry but unfortunately this is out of my price range)
Eventually I found one that was just right.
This is the Kimichi and Blue Two tone lady bag from Urban Outfitters. I am so pleased with it. It’s a really good size, big enough to hold all my essentials but not too bulky for everyday.
